Aisha stylist opens online pop-up shop with a cool do

Just when one had started wondering what happened to celebrity stylist Pernia Qureshi post her Aisha stint, she came back into our lives with a pop-up shop.
Not very actively involved with Bollywood, as many famous stylists are, the young Delhiite has shown she's not stopped popping up with oomphy ideas.
Calling her website the "first true fashion platform" (PerniaPopUp- Shop.com promotes the pop-up shopping experience - a first for the country), Pernia hosted the who's who of the fashion frat at the website's launch.


The country's best fashion and accessory designers have started retailing through the website; it also offers a host of services from the stylist to complete the shopping experience.
Accompanied by her mother Nasreen Qureshi, Pernia, in a lilac dress from her own label and nude Louboutins, played perfect host to the party hosted at her residence in the Chattarpur Farms.

Designers Namrata Joshipura, Kallol Datta, Nikhil Mehra (with wife and Aesha cast member Vidushi) and Rohit Gandhi, besides the winsome Gayatri Reddy, owner of Deccan Chargers, were among many others who attended the soiree to support their stylist friend.
Ditching her usual jeans-and-tee style, Gayatri looked stunning in her colour-blocked maxi dress. A relatively unknown blonde, blue-eyed German model has been named as new face of Victoria's Secret.
19-year-old Toni Garrn, who only just walked her first Victoria’s Secret runway show last year, has been quietly flying under the radar.

However since yesterday's announcement that she is joining the likes of Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio as an official Victoria’s Secret Angel, she has become a household name overnight.
Miss Garrn only wore a her first pair of wings on the company's famous runway back in November, and next week will be her first outing as the brand's new face when she launches the Dream Angels collection.

Discovered at 14 at a street festival in Germany, the model got her big break in 2007 opening and closing the Calvin Klein show in an international exclusive. She then featured in the designer's ad campaign, and the fashion world came calling.

Miss Garrn went on to walk in over 50 shows during her runway debut outside of the exclusive, where she then fronted campaigns for Jill Stuart, Prada, Dior and Fendi and graced the pages, and covers, of Vogue, Elle and Glamour.

However despite all her success, and supermodel friends, Miss Garrn has kept a relatively low profile.

The lingerie retailer continues to hold a firm fixture as the fashion industry's powerhouse for grooming and launching young talents into supermodel status - awarding their high-profile Angels multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts.

Other Victoria's Secret Angels, turned model power players, include Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, Helena Christensen, Stephanie Seymour, Gisele Bündchen, Andriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Karolína Kurková and Miranda Kerr.
